After logging into the Wavity system, click on the profile icon on the upper right hand corner. You will then see a screen as shown below:

 

 

 

 

 

Click on the OneTeam Settings link and you will see a screen similar to the one below:

 

 

 

 

 

 

Click on the Notification Settings link and you will see a screen similar to the one below:

 

 

 

 

You now have two (2) choices. You can click on the ‘CUSTOMIZE’ link in the ‘FEATURE SETTINGS’ box or the ‘APP & APP RECORD SETTINGS’ box.

If you click on the ‘CUSTOMIZE’ link in the ‘FEATURE SETTINGS’ box, you will see an image similar to the one below:

 

 

 

 

 

 

At this screen, you can choose what notifications you wish to receive. In the example above, you can choose to receive Email Notifications for ‘ALL TASKS’ in ‘All Spaces’  by toggling the icon next to ‘Email Notifications’. When you toggle the icon, notice that it changes color from light grey to orange. The orange color indicates that you have subscribed to receive email notifications. Toggling the icon back to light grey turns off notifications. You can also similarly manage individual settings by clicking on the ‘INDIVIDUAL SETTINGS’ link above.

 

If you click on the ‘CUSTOMIZE’ link in the ‘APP & APP RECORD SETTINGS’ box, you will see an image similar to the one below:

 

 

 

 

 

At this screen, you can choose what notifications you wish to receive.
