After you log into the Wavity system, you will see a landing page/home page similar to one below:
Click on the ‘Tasks’ icon on the upper left corner and you will see a screen similar to the one shown below:
Enter the following required fields:
- Task Title (Name)
- Assign to (Assignee) – You will be able Assign to an individual or a Space/Group by clicking on search icon in the Assign to field and searching and selecting an individual or a Space you want to assign the task to.
- All other fields are optional and can be entered at your discretion. You can also add file attachments from your workstation or Cloud storage devices by clicking on the file cabinet icon. For Mobile devices, you can attach images from your phone after you have granted OneTeam access to your mobile device storage.
- Optionally, you can also add URLs and Tags by clicking on the URL and Tag icons next to the file cabinet icon. After you have entered all required fields and any optional fields of your choosing, you will be able to assign the Task to an individual or Space/Group by clicking on the ‘SAVE’ icon on the upper right. You can also cancel out by clicking the ‘CANCEL’ icon.
